1) We may collect e-mail addresses from any e-mail to us.

2) When you place an order the yahoo program collects your e-mail.

3) Symptom survey information is held in strict confidence.

This information is not distributed to 3rd parties.

Symptom Survey Information and results is stored in our Doctors office. No information is released unless the patient has a signed release of information on file.

4) I e-mail you specials about products that my company sells.

5) If you get an e-mail and do not want it click on the auto unsubscribe feature.

6) In some cases Yahoo's unsubscribe feature does not work. I have told Yahoo about it for 6 years. Some times this is a problem. I do not know when it does not remove an e-mail. I am not alerted except by you. Please e-mail me at vitanet@netwalk.com and tell me the e-mail it does not remove. I will try to remove it manually. If this does not work I will foreword it to Yahoo technical support to remove.

I do not want your name on my e-mail list if you choose. I respect your privacy.

7) I do not sell your name, credit card information, address, or telephone number, or e-mail address to any third party.

I do not give information away or sell it to anyone.

8) We will not call your home or work unless their is a problem with your order.

9) We may e-mail you if your credit card declines or to confirm that your order has been sent.

10) If you order by UPS your e-mail is entered into their system so UPS can send you tracking information and delivery date of your package. To my knowledge this is the only use of your e-mail address by UPS.

11) We do not send you junk Snail mail.

12) We do not solicit you by phone.

13) I do send regular e-mails about our company specials. If you do not want them please follow the above procedure.
